Rates include VAT, use of the room with daily change of towels, Wifi internet, air conditioning/heating, safe, flat screen TV and Tea Maker.

Rates do not include the municipal tourist tax which amounts to Euro 2.50 per person per day for a maximum of 6 consecutive nights.

Minors under the age of sixteen are exempt from paying the tourist tax.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Deposit and Payment

Reservations will be considered accepted and confirmed by sending:

• number and expiration date of the credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, CARTASI) (the total amount of the reservation would be withdrawn in case of NO SHOW and cancellation made two days before arrival);
• bank transfer at least 7 working days from the date of arrival;
• cash.

The payment of the stay can be done by cash or credit card or debit card. Cheques are accepted only if delivered at least 5 working days prior to departure.

The room is considered reserved from 12:00 on the day of arrival until 10:30 the day of departure.

In case you’ll be arriving early in the morning, waiting for the room you can spend some time in the city and park the car here.

Kindly advise us by telephone if the arrival will be delayed.

No refunds can be requested to the Direction of the Hotel for late arrival on the agreed date.

On departure day, if you like to enjoy a little more of Treviso, please notify us in advance. Subject to availability, it will be possible to keep at your disposal a parking place and leave your luggage deposited in the hotel.

Cancellation Terms

In case of cancellation will not be charged any amount if notice is given within one week before arrival. Subsequently, if the cancellation will be notified within two days before arrival, it will be charged 30% of the total booking.  If the cancellation will be done in the last two days before arrival date, it will be charged the total booking amount. We are always available to find an agreement consistent with the conduct of our business.

In case of early departure, we will be forced to charge the amount of the reservation.

GENERAL RULES

Arrivals and Departures

Check in no later than 8:00 pm. Always agree on the arrival time.

Check out 10:30 am.  Report any move requests to departure time (LATE CHEK OUT).

Breakfast from 08.00 am to 11.00 am, it’s possible to anticipate; just communicate at the check in time, the time you prefer.

You can not bring drinks from the outside and it is forbidden to take with you part of the breakfast.

Our property is NO SMOKING, we kindly ask you not to smoke in the rooms and in public areas. The palace is from ‘700 and a fire could cause incalculable damage to people and property. For those who smoke inside the room at check out will be charged the amount of EUR 150.00 for cleaning the room.

It’s kindly asked inside the rooms and public areas, not to overdo it with the tone of voice and the TV volume and ringer of mobile phones, especially after 23.00 pm.

We accept only small animals after signaling and acceptance at the time of booking. Please also bring a basket and a blanket–kennel. Animals are not allowed in the breakfast room. Final cost of cleaning the room Euro 50,00.
